That was always fine with me even if it's a guarantee that he plays like this. Pretty sure I said I didn't care if he scored 50 goals in what he had left of the season, sports we play for fun and use to teach our children about life shouldn't always have to be about winning, even at the professional level.

Mental training isn't a cure-all that guarantees immediate results. It's a process. The current coach hasn't even been with the squad for a year and this is her first chance to see what actually happens to them in the playoffs firsthand.

The real test will come in making adjustments.

I think he’s a fine player, but he’s more of a #2 center with no ability to play up in the lineup in terms of playdriving, playmaking, and scoring. And he’s projected to get $8.5 million this offseason, and will be entering his decline.
