Zetterberg, Elias and Kariya were better than a lot of guys already in the Hall of Fame (Housley, Ciccarelli, Andreychuk, etc).

Gonchar, Hejduk, Leclair, Timonen - good picks.

I know who shouldn’t be in the HHOF: Neely. And I grew up idolizing the guy.

He simply doesn't deserve it, and a lot of the guys already mentioned in this thread deserve recognition before him.

Saku was second longest serving captain of the legendary Montreal Canadiens. Mikko was the best defensive forward since Zetterberg or something. Minnesota Wild legend. They had both very good careers.

Does Vanek fit here? Lost his prime to a declining Sabres team, then just bounced around for awhile. Still think he coulda been someone special in the right situation, he was so deadly in his younger years.

I could see CuJo making the hall of fame doug weight borderline imo, even if he doesn’t make the hall of fame number 39 should be hung up at the Rogers place, same with smyth’s number 94. Moog is a borderline hall of famer imo goalies don’t get credit they deserve.

He already has a Lady Byng. I think if he played with another elite talent he might have enough success to be higher, but I can't see it

They’re local heroes and they do a lot of good for the community, heck they even live in Vancouver if I recall properly. They should make the BC HOF or something, aight players but not good enough for the HOF.
