Looks like things are finally coming to a head in Arizona. I figured they couldn't let this run much longer. There hasn't been any progress.

Friedman just said on the Jeff Marek Show

"I think that we are coming to the end of the line with this ownership group, I believe there isn’t something hard and fast in place in the very near future. They will begin the process of selling the team or the NHL taking over the team"

This franchise has been run like Major League's, Cleveland Indians for way too long.

Yotes would play at Delta Center (14,000 for hockey)

Part of the pitch from Jazz owner and his partners to NHL is plans to build a new stadium in coming years (Plans are in preliminary stage)

QC long term isn't viable. Moving a team there just to have them leave is good for nobody.

That Sergachev injury is bad. It looks like it's not an ankle though probably tibia/fibia and those heal pretty clean.

That's not a good injury. It's very close to the ankle and requires a ton of hardware to stabilize. My goalie suffered more or less the same injury recently, and the timetable for return is 6-9 months.
