Jinx I guess. Lot of hype because of what he was doing.
It was definitely warranted.

That D+1 season in the KHL was making our Jokiharju pick look real bad lol.

Nashville fans are saying Tolvanen wasn't being deployed well so maybe he bounces back elsewhere on a team that plays to his strengths better.

I'm watching the Calgary/Montreal game. A very chintzy penalty is called in the first minute of play, the commentator says: "that's a penalty in today's NHL".
LOL ... in other words a cheap penalty that may or not be called in any given game

Putting aside the game where we beat Anaheim, we’re 2-18 in our last 20. Once we trade Kane, and maybe even now, we suck as bad as anyone.

What an idiot. What is he even looking at?
I don't get it. Skating forward through the middle of the ice looking behind him and to the side. Not gonna argue legality because with the NHL who the hell knows but I honestly thought I saw the play wrong the first viewing because there's no way you make the NHL with that level of awareness.

If I had to guess, the NHL is probably the first league he played in, where he wasn't substantially bigger than everyone. One of those kids that was probably 6'0 at 12 or 13 years old, and never had to worry about getting rocked. He is a good defenseman, so it boggles the mind he had no idea someone was coming there.

He's 25 and played in the Czech league against men before coming over. I don't get it.
