Part of the problem is the NHL would rather focus on making officials out of former players than working to actually recruit experienced officials.

Didn't say NHLers, it's primarily guys who never got passed major juniors. They'd rather have them than officials because they're better skaters.

Despite his well-earned rep, I dont think there was anything wrong with the Binnington collision. There was a lose puck and he went hard for it.

Despite his well-earned rep, I dont think there was anything wrong with the Binnington collision. There was a lose puck and he went hard for it.

Kadri is a total ass who has hurt his own team almost as often as he's hurt opponents. But he does have talent, and in this case, I also believe he was trying to play a loose puck.

Ive said all season, the 2022 Panthers remind me of the 2014 Blues. Not it terms of style of play, just in terms of situation.

Great team.

Deep team.

No crippling weaknesses.

They just share a division with a team that’s a bit better, and critically, has bigger game-breakers at the key positions.
