Pretty much nothing was getting called from the end of the second on. And there were calls that could have been made against both teams. The refs had put away their whistles, and that wasn't going to change for a ticky-tack tmm penalty.

If anybody on the Bolts, players or coaches, thought it was too many men, how come absolutely no one said a word about it until Coopers presser? The answer is because it wasn't an egregious tmm.

Coopers' "my heart breaks for my guys" bullshit is laughable. Especially considering the Bolts have been holding sticks and running picks the entire playoffs, without getting called.
It's a non-reviewable play and the officials had made the call as a good goal. Whining would be fruitless.

...and yet Cooper did in his post-game presser.

Bottom line is that teams play fast and loose with line changes, and that particular one was similar to ones that happen multiple times, every game, without getting called.

Well the guy whined about Injures he denied existed for days after the 2015 cup final. Why I don't quite like him, winning 2 cups didn't change it, now he losses again and is right there again at the arrogant complaining

Coaches paint false narratives to draw attention all the time. Bednar was talking about the Avs overcoming and being underdogs against freaking Nashville. Media speak. White noise.

Hoping for a game 7. I wanted Colorado to win tonight but as a neutral fan how couldn’t you want that?

It looks like Point is out again ..... though would love to see a 7th game, I get the feeling that Lightning's reign ends tonight.

I have the same gut feeling, but am rooting for Tampa and especially Nick Paul. He’s been so fun to watch all playoffs.

Why ? Because Point is out ? They are a better team without him playing hurt. Even Point knows that. Cooper basically told Point to sit after game 2. And the rest of the team saw it coming.

Stamkos trucks MacKinnon and it's not even mentioned by the broadcasters until stoppage. Do these guys even enjoy watching the game? Where's the emotion and intensity?

Grindy mcgrinderson really set that tone drawing that early penalty

For two first round picks and some spare change he has not met expectations. I’d be disappointed in him for that price if I were a Tampa fan.
