I’ll never think pulling your goalie with 2.5+ minutes left is a good idea. Games get out of hand and from a fan’s perspective it looks like the coaches who do it are saying “f*** it just pull him now we’re probably going to lose anyway”. It’s been a trend for the last 5 or so years and if Q was doing it during our Cup runs I would have been furious.

And yes, he was found and arrested.

I can understand the argument that teams are pulling too early. But to not pull at all? That's just silly. The odds aren't in your favor anyway and there's no difference between losing by 1 or 2.

It's a misdemeanor assault, which generally involves probation/court supervision. Not something he'll see jail time for, honestly. It's definitely a dirtbag douche move, though. Sucker punches are such sackless p***y shit.

Cale Makar has replaced Ovie as my favorite player in the league. I’ve never seen a Dman do what he does in the 14 years I’ve been watching hockey. I hope he keeps this kind of career up and I think he has potential to be a generational player akin to McDavid, Ovechkin, Crosby, Malkin, Kane, and Karlsson.
