No, you just lucked into yet another dirtbag who forced his way to your team, you didn't develop anything.

Any rival GM that gives up good players for Krappo or Laffy in trade, should be fired immediately.

But there is always a dumb team that bites. In this case I expect it to be Chicago if Kane forces his way to the Rags.

Laffy might have a chance but Krappo will be a complete failure in that environment. No way he rises to the occasion.

I’m opposite, let Carolina roll. Once their goaltending gets all injured again, they’ll come back to Earth. Let NJD continue to fall, they will be forced into some desperation moves at the deadline just to save their season. Mentally, a young team like that is gonna be toast come mid-Feb/March.

Look at the standings, the early season young team darlings of BUF and DET (and OTT) are fading off into lotto land, which is typical once the season settles down and hit the halfway point. The Devils night ‘for real’ but let’s see how they make it through Jan and early Feb. My guess, is they fold.
