I think that if the Rangers drop 2/3 to Nashville, SJ, and Phoenix, AV's gone.

This OT point bought him a little more time.

I predicted about a week ago that if we lost to both the Devils and Islanders, AV was a goner and that Ruff would be behind the bench for Nashville Saturday night.

Due to the comebacks the past two games, I'm guessing JG is going to give AV a few more games to right the ship. It still wouldn't shock me if we start hearing reports tomorrow afternoon, Rangers, have decided to replace AV with Ruff.

We'll see but if I was AV , I'd start contacting real estate agents but pronto!!!

There's no way this team gets 1OA. They've picked 1OA once in their history. It isn't in the Rangers DNA. Even if we finish last, we'll get shafted and drop to the lowest possible position in the draft... assuming they haven't traded the pick away for Joe Thornton or somebody.

The Russian factor? He played last season in the USHL, and he's playing in Barrie this year. There's no Russian factor at play here. Dahlin is just simply the better prospect.
