Rick Nash is a perfect representation of what is wrong with this franchise. A massive lack of killer instinct and just does not have what it takes to get over the hump.

I mean, the team has a push late in every game. They haven't 'given up' on the coach.

Yeah obviously they need to start better but its not like they have no push back.

Bad play, bad luck, average goaltending, top notch play from opposing goalies and all around bullshit is why we're 1-5-2. It's jsut amazing, find a way to steal these last 2 and the record looks so much better.

2. Dijonnaise as 2C
3. Dijonnaise in score or go home shootout.. With plenty of better options available (remember Dan boyle on the shootouts everytime? its a pattern)

Thing is, refs missed the call at the end of the third, missed the trip on the three on one, and then called a cheap too many men against the Rangers.

Not to mention not getting the break on the Smith no goal.

I didn’t see the first half of the game. so I can’t comment on the start.

But, from what I saw, the ridiculous bad luck continues.

Between that and maybe the Hayes line from tonight (I need to see more, the Isles are just as horrible as the Rangers are), you would have at least 2 lines that look competent.

Keep the D pairings as they are for now, though Staal-Shattenkirk is starting to annoy me.

True, but if we are going to suck, and we do until AV goes, I want as good of a chance as possible. A few percentage points is better than not having a few percentage points advantage.

I mean I don't disagree, but being 3rd worst would be the best chance this team has had at a franchise player in a while.

Even then, if we do t first overall, this draft has LOTS of great players. Isn't be more than happy with Svechnikov.
