Kernkraft 400 was our song. Bruins stole it from us. Us letting them steal it, and letting them troll us with it, while we have some simply awful and embarrassing goal songs is unacceptable.
Bring it back. Claim it as our own again. F the bruins.

Just watched the cartoon film uglyville with my young nephew. Our goal song is in it.
Absolute cringe. Why do we have such an awful goal song? It doesn't pump up the crowd, it doesn't pump up the players, and it's featured in a kids movie. It also sounds awful. What a terrible idea.

When was Kernkraft ever exclusive property of the Leafs? I recall several other teams using it in the 2000s.

I love the goal song, leave it alone. Sure Hall and Oates truly suck and that song especially sucks, but after several years of hearing it after every Leaf goal I now have a pavlov's dog response and get a pleasant endorphin rush whenever I do hear it. I actually put it on my playlist in the car for that reason. I'll be tooling along in traffic as miserable as crap, that song hits and I get all happy. You can't change the goal song all the time or it loses its effect. We picked this song for some reason when the Shanaplan was first implemented and I'm not on board with changing it now, as completely lame as the song may be. Its ours.

Just don't touch the victory song. In the waning minutes and seconds of a Leafs victory I reach for the remote. Volume gets cranked and I find myself humming and bopping around the house. It's happiness personified. Most times I find myself still humming it in my head as I drift off to sleep - thinking of new ways to reconfigure the 3rd line. Yes I need help.

It's such a great troll job. I love it. So bad it's amazing.
I'm not a fan of the song. Having watched hockey, played hockey, coached hockey, and now watching hockey, I just don't think that's a hockey goal song. Something with a little more edge.....I'd suggest AC/DC.....how about cutting right to "You've Been....Thunderstruck" or something of that nature.
