Liljegren/gio/timmins/Schenn are 5-7th

Without any change in D, leafs will start next season with 1 of 12 worst d group...

I’d think about it as a 13th forward if he had a negative cap hit. Absolute last player this team needs. Please no more mediocre instantly forgettable vanilla players.

Was coming here to post this. I love Willy but if we can get a similar return to the Dubois trade, I think that balances out the team a lot more.

Bailey isn’t someone this team needs. He’s not the top six winger he used to be earlier on in his career and his game isn’t really suited for the bottom six especially when we already have Jarnkrok, Kampf and Lafferty there.

We need to add speed with size and physicality. Wood is one name that comes to mind for the fourth line. We need to find another player who can then play with Kampf and Jarnkrok. Comtois wouldn’t be a bad option but ideally someone who’s less of a question mark.

This sounds like one of those baseball pitcher gambles. Sign a pitcher who just had Tommy John surgery to a very low 2 year deal. High risk high reward.

I'm intrigued too. I just dont get it with JPul. Guy is so talented, just can't seem to put it all together.

I find it hilarious that with everything happening, one of the headlines right now for the Leafs they plan on making a pitch to Ryan Reaves. That's a priority. Ryan Reaves. 36 year old 5 goal scorer Ryan Reaves. And people are happy with that.

I don't no. When there are leaks that they are planning on making a pitch, it's a priority.

But maybe they'll do a bunch of good moves over the next 48 hours and sign some good players that fit in well. We'll see.
