Long story short:

A husband and wife are being sued by a group of 6 young women for sexual abuse and assault.

In a counter claim the husband and wife said that Katz was among a group of men who had groomed one of the women by paying for sex with them while she was 17.

These allegations were denied by both Katz' lawyers as well as the lawyers representing the victims of the sexual abuse.

The allegations against Katz have just been dropped by the lawyer representing the husband and wife.

So as it stands today:

There are no claims being made against Katz by anyone and at no point was he accused of soliciting sex from the woman who was a teenager at the time. In fact she denied those claims.

I’m sorry man, but if you’re this invested in defending someone who has been accused before of creepily soliciting women, I’m not going to bother to respond anymore. It’s gross.
