Absolutely higher than Andersson’s was. Kravtsov is playing very well in the second best league in the world still.

I dont blame him for him rather going back to the KHL and play there instead of riding a bus in that dump Hartford in front of the 18 fans that show up.
He' would be making more money on the bus.

Ylonen, is being underrated here, I expect him to make the team out of training camp next year and have a solid year.

I think its a fair trade (minus all those random picks): Ylonen for Kravstov, both were 2018 picks (35th vs 9th). Kravstov has the pedigree but Ylonen seems to be the better team player, has been playing well in the AHL and has also performed well with his limited NHL minutes when called up.

Par for the course. So few really know anything about the prospects outside their own organization. Ylonen has 5 points in 6 games, is ridiculously fast, and is most likely the next LW to get some time with Suzuki and Caufield. I'm prepared to see how he fairs over the next year before selling him off for a guy who went home. I don't really care when Kravtsov was selected.

if you want Ylonen you had better start with 2 first rounders + Lafreniere with 50% retained..
Lmao, no it's ok, you can keep your "future superstar" Ylonen. It's going to be a long bunch of years for Montreal and their rebuild, you need all the help you can get to be respectable again one day,

Does Kravtsov have any value? If so what?

NYR were proposing Kravtsov + 2nd for Lehkonen at the TDL. Lehkonen ended up going for Barron + 2nd where Barron is worth a late 1st.

So is Kravtsov worth a late 1st or are NYR fans out to lunch? Which is it?

You mean some impatient fan-posters, not the team itself, right?
Never any genuine indication NYR would move Krav, with an add, for a mid-career depth guy...

Krav is a special talent.
The drama with the team was instigated, among other aspects, by irresponsible unrealistic expectations set by Habs new lead Euro scout, Bobrov.

Folks here love discrediting and diminishing players
But Krav was a top 2 W in his class, deservedly. He has size and skill.
He is helping lead his team deep into KHL postseason

If Gorton is able to get him from NYR, all the Habs fans will love his game pretty quickly

Kravtsov stock is in free fall, not one GM gave what Drury was asking for. I guess quitting for the KHL, the way he did, has really hurt his NHL value.
Not true. Actual reality: Drury not selling cheap, buyers want a bargain, so no deal.
Ultimately, if no one coughs up enuf, Krav WILL play for NYR and his production will reestablish his significant value.

We've already been respectable with the new management in place. Let's see how it goes next year with actual pressure to perform

Sorry, but you haven’t..
We are 11-6-4 in our last 21 games and have done very good getting assets back for non core players. Many young players playing very well in the process. Not sure what you deem respectable.... what a hater
