Of course you don't.who? i dont think the habs have any right now.
He's referring to Suzuki, now you can stop pretending and get to your point.

you understand how it's confusing when the answer is suzuki, no? a franchise centerOf course you don't.

No I don't. He'd be 6th in a redraft. But I can feel your Habs' hate.you understand how it's confusing when the answer is suzuki, no?
a franchise center would be 6th in a redraft? must be the best nhl draft ever.No I don't. He'd be 6th in a redraft. But I can feel your Habs' hate.
Let's leave the time do its job. He has been trending up since he was drafted too.a franchise center would be 6th in a redraft? must be the best nhl draft ever.
13th overall... plus better shots at getting Bedard/Fantelli plus Callibrini/whoever the next year.Um, 21 year old 6'4 top 6 forward who can play centre and isn't playing soft at all or 13th overall pick.
Still pretty bad for Chicago

Not going to lose sleep over a 50-point winger. I’ll take Nazar who I believe will be a legit 2C 10/10.Um, 21 year old 6'4 top 6 forward who can play centre and isn't playing soft at all or 13th overall pick.

How many centers do you see above him right now ?a franchise center would be 6th in a redraft? must be the best nhl draft ever.
not every franchise has a franchise center. that's not what the term means. i think you are thinking of a #1cHow many centers do you see above him right now ?
Let me tell you, he is 23rd best center in the league right now, and there are 32 franchises if I am not mistaken.
And he is 23...
At which position was Bergeron drafted ? (Pretending not to know...)
I am not.not every franchise has a franchise center. that's not what the term means. i think you are thinking of a #1c
It's a lottery man. Getting an extra 2-5% isn't enough to let go of a 21yo top 6 center you just drafted at 3.13th overall... plus better shots at getting Bedard/Fantelli plus Callibrini/whoever the next year.
It is always big picture. It's odd to me people ignore that like with Boston trading Thornton impacting caproom for Chara. Or Buffalo when tanking for Mcdavid/Eichel in the Kane/Myers/Bogosian trade got injured players in return. Yeah, they wanted less talent on their roster to be bad on purpose.
It could go like Buffalo for Chicago, I think any tank team should expect to win nothing but 1 round for 7 years, but they had so little prospects or talent to do much else but soarch the earth deliberately.
We are super happy for you.Thank you so much Chicago.
Kirby Dach is now my favorite Habs player. I'm so happy to have this player on my team!! He is such a beauty!!

Chicago BlackhawksEvery franchise has a franchise player. That is a player that your franchise can build (or have built) around for the foreseeable future, and every team is building around someone.
So you're right, not every team has a franchise center, but every team does have a franchise player. How about you name teams that you don't think qualify for that and I'll reply back with who it is just to get you started off.
Both Kane and Toews are not franchise players anymore. By the normal definition or your definition of a player being built around.Kane/Toews
