Leafs are Hockey's version of rage bait. I have a buddy who's a sens fan who hates leafs with a passion, but goes out of his way to listen and watch leaf related stuff cuz it makes him feel better when it's negative shit.

Funny enough tho, after the incident he actually said he still has respect for MO and is the only leaf player he likes and isn't frothing at the mouth for a 20+ game suspension like everyone here is hoping for lol.

The argument of "I'd rather miss the playoffs than get bounced early" is that you get a better pick to get back in the playoff race sooner but that hasn't come close for the Sens for a long time. What's the hope for the Sens? They have a very talented forward core and some good defensemen yet they are still a bottom 5 team.
