He's a pure goal scorer. Thought he would show more in training camp but was a little behind cause of his injuries. I'm expecting alot from him this year.

Was like I was watching 4 Jets third lines for the second and third period. Dump and chase and throw to the middle and lose it and dump and chase and throw it to the middle and lose it.

Nothing good on breakouts unless they came off of turnovers.

Disappointing end to the game.

Lambert was quiet other than a couple of nice touches in the first.

Really good games by Torgesson and Lucius. Lucius better than I expected and seemed to do decent in the faceoff circle as well.

Essymont doing Essymont things and was the best Moose on ice. Surely, he is going to get a shot with the big club one of these days?

Lucius had one heck of a game. Looks like his style of play will translate well to the NHL game. He knows how to get into open space in front of the net.
Lambert looked a bit disinterested in the defensive zone and didn’t create a whole lot of offense.
Eyssemont had a great game as well. He’s too good for the AHL but is he good enough for the NHL? I certainly wouldn’t mind seeing him on the 4th line with the Jets.

I am not going to be worried if Lambert doesnt light up the score sheet for the first quarter of the season or so. They know he can score and make plays, and my guess is the focus is heavy on time away from the puck and refining skillset for his own end of the ice.
