He's also not doing his absurd hard-sells anymore, either. He looks to be preserving his body. That's a good thing for him because WWE didn't care anyway.

Yeah...
I cannot blame Ziggler for doing that.
Anyone would be discouraged...
After he worked so hard to get over...
But then gets nothing in return.

At this point...
He is probably better off in Japan.
I have a feeling his character will get over huge there.

That...
Would be awesome.
:amazed:

How are you not with Creative at this moment?

I gave up the dream to stare at Microsoft Excel sheets for 9 hours a day.

Really the biggest flaw of the plan is you'd basically be preventing Bray working for 2-3 months but he'd survive.

I remember when I wanted to be a WWE creative writer and it was one of my dreams.

Then I got older and found out how the process is, aka, it's all Vince and everyone pandering to him, and it quickly went away.

The most interesting part about the show is figuring out what the hell exactly happened in jericho's match.

Neville gets legit hurt, jericho pulls an audible on the fly for the roll up, ref botches the roll up even after he told the ref that neville is hurt, jericho pulls another audible and shoves the ref to get DQ'd but also shoved him pretty hard (or so it looked) and i think the ref said "Don't ****ing touch me"

At this point...
Since he loses every feud he is in...
And the reaction cools down by the day...
He might as well.

This way...
It will get the crowd to miss him...
And when he comes back...
He will get a huge pop...
And hopefully gain some much needed momentum.

I didn't know where else to post this but the Edge and Christian Show (EACSTTROA), has been very hit and miss for the first four episodes. The fifth episode which is the most recent episode was absolute fire. The jab at Emma, the AJ Styles segment, and the **** the WWE Universe says were all gold. I highly recommend checking out this episode if you haven't already because it has been a lot better than the other episodes.

I wonder now, with Neville being hurt, if they give us KO vs Zayn at Mania and drop the multi man match

They can write Ziggler out for losing his match against HHH. Miz has sort of been involved but could be taken out. Neville was involved but is no hurt. Wonder if the make it a singles match (which would be amazing) or just find new people to add...... but who?

I am not sure if i would have Roman and HHH follow the Ambrose/Lesnar match.... The build is soo good and a guy the works stiff with a guy that will take anything, it should be a great match

That feel when you realize you're going to miss your first Wrestlemania (1:30)...

"Think it's broken?"
"Yeah..."

:(

Jericho with the awesome improvisation and audible in the match last night. He was clearly pissed at the referee for not calling the match earlier watching the replay. After he pushed him he shouts to the ref "he hurt his ****ing ankle. I ****ing told you."

Does anyone think it would have made more sense for Reigns to cost HHH the match against Ziggler, Ziggler inserts himself into the Shane vs. Taker match so that he can try and help Shane get control of Raw to take down the authority? It's then a 2 on 1 HIAC and makes more sense as it evens out Shane's chances vs. Taker.

Make more sense in terms of telling the stories? Probably. Make sense in terms of what they're trying to sell? Probably not. Ziggler in the Shane-Taker thing doesn't make any dollars and doesn't make Ziggler into anything more than the third wheel of that match. Ziggler should only be involved if they decide that the locker room needs to ensure a Shane win by putting finishers all up on Taker.

The Shane-Taker match is a prime example of the kind of damage it is doing to have those matches take place over someone like Ziggler never being made into something more than he should be.

The finish is going to be an over-booked mess but hopefully less of a mess than the Sting-Trips nonsense. This, luckily, doesn't need to involve factions of the past to muddy the waters. And they're going to need multiple people to run-in on this because no one person makes complete sense to screw Taker over here. The Cena stuff makes no sense for Cena's character to do. Actually, Punk is the only character that would've made perfect sense to run-in on his own to make that finish happen.

I was thinking it would make Shane more of the third wheel in the match since he hasn't wrestled in forever and is old now. I guess we have to wait and see what the plans actually are for the match. Yeah, it doesn't make any dollars, but looking at the WM card so far, I mean does anything really make any dollars? We all know the writing has been bad for awhile I guess.

To me they're just riding the Wrestlemania event and name, nothing really hypes me up this year except for the fact it's actually Wrestlemania.

Hour 1 - 3.471m
Hour 2 - 3.392m
Hour 3 - 3.510m

Average - 3.458m

Words can't express how bad these numbers are for the Road to Wrestlemania. The MIDDLE hour dropping to that level is unheard of, the third hour being the most watched is unheard of nowadays, and clearly was because of HHH/Ziggler pull and/or the Shane/Taker/Vince segment even though that was mostly in the overrun, I'll still go with the latter being the bigger pull.

Horrible, horrible, horrible numbers. This is the Road to Wrestlemania and they have a show that averages below 3.5m viewers. Unreal.

I can't help but feel that it's largely because they ignore their fanbase. To me, there's a difference between allowing your fans to completely dictate the show, and listening to them and being open to changing plans.

We're on year 3 of the audience not giving one damn about Roman Reigns. He's not liked, he has limits in the ring and on the microphone. And yet, we're getting him force-fed to us again. Like you pointed out yesterday, the WWE is going to lengths not even used with SuperCena to try and get him over--and it's not working.

If Vince were open to making changes, instead of being rigid, we'd likely have Ambrose in the Title picture right now--hell, we'd probably be looking at a Lesnar vs. Ambrose match for the WWE WHC.

When you continuously ignore what the fans want (and at the same time bleat on that you the "WWE Universe are the most important aspect of our show"...) for years on end, that's when you end up with fans wanting to completely dictate the show on their own terms.

It doesn't have to be that way, WWE. You have people that the fans WANT to get behind. The fans WANT to be apart of the show, not the focal point of the viewing experience (seriously--how much have all of us commented on the crowd's just ******** on something?).

Oh it is. Two years in a row where Roman is in the main event and the RTWM ratings decline. I won't solely blame him, though, this is on the product and those in power. They haven't built anyone up, anyone I used to want to watch I don't care for anymore (except AJ Styles, Rusev and Brock Lesnar). Ratings decline to record lows this Fall and they haven't recovered, pointing to them turning off a number of viewers for good. Daniel Bryan's RTWM drew better ratings than the previous years IIRC, too.

This sounds like a podcast segment and i'm over here reading these comments screaming "Preach" over and over again. Could not agree more.
