MLBTR is a great site. They're really good with their projections, too. With the odd exception their projections are usually pretty damn close to what actually happens.

The Yankees organization is a mess. Its a disgrace. Cashman has outstayed his welcome by 3 years minimum. In fact its longer. It goes back to choosing Sheffield over Vlad. Or allowing that to happen with George. Choosing Roddy White over Damon the first time around that Damon was available. Letting your horses walk/leave/trade after the 2003 WS loss. Andy, Wells, Roger — and replacing with garbage — Brown, Lieber, Javy. There are so many more mistakes like that, that happened while Cashman was the GM and he had to actually be the GM as the Dynasty roster started to age out and turnover. Cashman has made mistakes at every corner. He was outsmarted ten times over by Boston, who was ahead of the game with sabermetrics, and has since then been trying to displace them thinking he is making all the shrewd moves and having a manager he can control.

Until Cashman is gone this organization will let the poison continue to run through its veins.
