Yep not good at all killed lots of the momentum they built up on the other hand Gallo probably would have failed to bring the runner in from third anyway.

Obviously, that sucked from Cole tonight, but you don't win often enough in playoff atmospheres with all or nothing offenses like this. I don't have a bunch of complaints from the pitching staff as a whole, but the offense needs an overhaul.

Brett Gardner (nothing personal, it's just time)
Gleyber Torres - replace in FA with Corey Seager
Hicks - I know, we are stuck with him. I still don't want to see him.

Yeah it’s time for a new voice in the organization. He’s gotten to build the team multiple times, and each one has the same issues. He has a certain philosophy when it comes to building a team, and it only gets you so far.

I’ve really been growing indifferent to the Yankees the last few years which I’m sorry to say. They just aren’t fun to watch and I don’t see much heart. That’s from Cashmans building of the team right on down to Boones “good guy” approach. Home run, walk, or strikeout is boring to watch and obviously hasn’t been working in the playoffs where they are unable to manufacture runs.
