I'm a little bit confused. I'm looking at the All Star Game rosters and Wilmer Flores isn't on the team. He's also not one of the options in the final vote. Is there an error on my page?

There wasn't even any contest, bet, nothing. You made your own statement, and ended up being right. I didn't say he was definitely making it or anything like that, I and a few others I've seen claimed he was an option. They ended up only selecting Conforto, great, so what? I'm happy Conforto made it, thought we deserved more than one player though. You are happy one of your team's players didn't make the all-star game and you are bragging about it? Yikes.

Can we also for a second recognize I brought it up as a possibility but the two above are pure ****** who turned it into something it was not? They have no problem belittling him if they can falsely prove me wrong on something I didn't say was going to happen. I don't even see why this is relevant.

No one ever said he was definitely making it or anything like that. If I dug up every suggestion on this website by people that ended up with a different result............

What are you talking about? Wilmer Flores is not, never has been, and never will be an all-star. That's really all that needs to be said.

You seem the one who doesn't even know whats being said. Why don't you read the discussion and what was said and not leap to the defense of the guy puffing out his chest for being correct on a prediction that didn't even really meet such strong opposition.

People also said the same about Murphy, ended up being wrong. I think you'll be wrong here eventually, but it wasn't this year, I didn't say it definitely would be, although it was falsely made to seem that way. Somehow I'm being accused of saying something I didn't say, but whatever you are falling into the trap of those two, just like darko did.

I'm not going to prolong this irrelevant discussion. My last post on this issue.

Yeah, he's excellent. He has the Harvey type mentality, and can back it up, which Harvey can no longer do.

I'm not so doom and gloom about our starting pitching as everyone else is. I know we haven't gotten the results with it so far, mostly due to injuries, but if we can make a run, we'll have deGrom, Syndergaard, Matz, Wheeler for the playoffs. Not many teams are matching that.
 
It figures the Nats own the Mets just like the 97-03 braves did yet the Nats can't beat the Phillies Marlins or Braves to save their lives
 
Nats need to line up all their prospects and let the Yankees choose any 2. Then they can have one of the best relievers in the game.

If you're banking on that to change, you're going to be very disappointed.
 
There's no run to be made. The season ended when they lost 3 of 4 to Washington then were swept by the Dodgers.

On one hand, BABIP is generally considered a luck stat (and no, I don't think Judge is just going to keep hitting .330 the rest of his life, so there's a lot of truth to that) but on the other hand, Judge's exit velocity is literally historic.

Yeah and the Mets suck, too. They've played like what, one good 10-game stretch of baseball this year? They've done nothing to suggest they're capable of a sustained streak of good play.
