Either way, Sevy would have taken a physical at the beginning of training camp when pitchers/catchers report.

Sevy is shut down for two weeks and was given an anti-inflammatory injection. Boone said during the game today that the MRI came back pretty clean. Because of the two-week shutdown, it's unlikely Sevy will be ready for opening day.

Genetics are a bitch. You can do everything right in terms of diet and exercise and if you’re genetically inclined, it won’t matter.
