how wild is Keefe, are we going to see the 3 amigos finally play together for a few shifts?

Start the game with ....

Nylander - Matthews - Marner
Rielly - Barrie

Follow up with the JT Hyman/Soup line .. then come right back with the normal Matthews and JT lines.

in 3 and a bit seasons together, the three amigos have played exactly 32:19 with each other, in all situations.

Boston's top line seems to do fine with a single puck?

No they don't, they always give it away into the back of the opponent's net :sarcasm:

Honestly, I'm fine with loading up once in a while (after PK, down late in the game, an odd shift), but the Leaf's strength is that they have game-breaking talents on multiple lines.

Thru 3 or 2 playoff series for sure TO was dominated by a single line, I like the idea of having 2 game-breaking lines but they need to be game-breaking especially in the playoffs. For me that was one of the problems with Babs, even when not working he brought the same team, lines to the game.

How great is that Boston line because they've played together forever?

Superlines seem to be working all over hockey.

Too bad we're not allowed to even try it.

He wasn't spreading out the scoring ability...he was watering it down!even when it mattered most.

Looking forward to Magic again!!!!! No need to rush him back but can’t wait to see him coming in to a team that is hitting stride in a new system by that time.

The dynamic player was gone but this could be a exciting time for offensive players that are pressuring the puck all over the ice while always having puck support and gap control as part of the plan.

Unpredictability with this skill mix of players is going to cause team’s grief. Wow its nice to have a players coach again. Should be lots of fun coming finally

With everyone healthy and firing on all cylinders we should be able to ice 2 superlines, or very close to it.

eh. we could ice two very good 1st lines, but not two superlines.

only 4 guys we have could properly be considered part of a superline, imo.
