On pace for 103 points and looking incredible defensively too.Another 3 assists so far from that piece of shit playoff under performer.

Yup three apples, let's break them down:Another 3 assists so far from that piece of shit playoff under performer.
That has more to do with what those minutes are, for the record. Over the past 3 years, both Marner and Nylander are above 50% xGF% with Matthews or Tavares and below 50% without them. However, Marner gets very heavy defensive usage in those minutes without them, so being below 50% isn't exactly abnormal. It seems to represent a lot of him being thrown out to help cover for difficult defensive situations.between Nylander, Marner and Tavares, Marner is the only one whose cf% drops below 50% without Matthews.
3 times out of 8 to be exact actually, by goalies that did the exact same or worse to other teams. And even with some other pretty significant obstacles added to the mix in those series, we were still a bounce away from winning 2 of the 3.Didn't ya know, they got goalied!??!! 7 times to be exact
The 4th goal, Matthews second was pretty incredible, He's playing really well now.Another 3 assists so far from that piece of shit playoff under performer.
Impossible task for some.hes been lights out lets not kid ourselves hes rounding into form at a great time full marks for the kid
Make that 8 game, 17 points.Marner has been on a bit of a heater lately.
Currently riding a 7 game point streak for 14 points.

I wouldnt say he’s an under performer.Another 3 assists so far from that piece of shit playoff under performer.
It must drive you haters nuts knowing that Marner's going to get paid somewhere around $12.5M x 8 and you're going to have to suffer at least another 9 more years watching the second greatest Leaf in the modern era reach the Hall of Fame. You'd probably be better off not even being a Leafs fan for the next decade or so.Yup three apples, let's break them down:
Point 1) Pp secondary assist: one point for being on a lethal pp (he doesn't even touch the puck in the highlights)
Point 2) 2man advantage primary assist: wow... A primary assist on a 2man pp!!
Point 3) 4vs4 primary assist: Takes an incredibly wide shot that inadvertently hits someone and goes in lol.
Another Marner special...full talent on display!
If he’s not winning a Cup or any awards I doubt he’s going to the HOF. Same goes for Tavares he’s not going either at this stage. It must drive you haters nuts knowing that Marner's going to get paid somewhere around $12.5M x 8 and you're going to have to suffer at least another 9 more years watching the second greatest Leaf in the modern era reach the Hall of Fame. Do you realize that you just admitted that you don't expect the Leafs to win the cup in the next decade or so? It must be horrible to have such a negative and depressing outlook. Why even be a fan?If he’s not winning a Cup or any awards I doubt he’s going to the HOF. Same goes for Tavares he’s not going either at this stage.
Who is and isn't a fan is always up for debate on this board.Do you realize that you just admitted that you don't expect the Leafs to win the cup in the next decade or so? It must be horrible to have such a negative and depressing outlook. Why even be a fan?
The terrible luck was actually Covid and a three year flat cap especially when it was previously predicted in January of 2020 to rise by 5% every year.. Every UFA that signed during the flat cap was forced to take a discount.Every contract Dubas signed was excellent. Team construction excellent. Coaching excellent. All that perfection just destroyed by a lot of terrible luck.....

Who would've thought the economy would affect salaries...
Columbus too...Montreal was the only disappointment year for me. Other years we were never Cup favourites anyway and betting on an underdog seems foolish. I really wouldn’t care if they won 2 rounds, big deal.
Plenty of non-Cup winners are in the Hall.If he’s not winning a Cup or any awards I doubt he’s going to the HOF. Same goes for Tavares he’s not going either at this stage.
We signed our big three prior to the flat cap. Those UFAs include the ones Toronto signed too, right? Our post-flat-cap contracts would have been suppressed just like everyone else's.

Or do you mean the other guys that came in? If so, it was always an exchange of players, one contract comes off, one ufa comes in for the same amount.
