It’s really embarrassing that the Flyers hired their color commentator to ostensibly run the team, and then let him do his old job for another month because his presence is so damn superfluous. This would never happen to any other NHL club.

Worst part is, they could have just... not hired him until the Cup finals were over. (or at all.) What benefit does the team get from acquiring part of Keith Jones' attention for the slowest month of the year?
