They haven't hit that point. Their "new" management group shows that.

Any rebuild from this team requires hitting the front office. They are not rebuilding until that happens. That's step 1. Anything else is wasting time. Nobody here is capable of building a team, so to build a team they must he cleared off.

Depends on the discount rate. Rebuilding teams have low discount rates, contending teams high discount rates. GM's on the hot seat have very high discount rates (apres moi, le deluge).
