Times are simply tougher, and throwing out money for a ticket with a couple beers - is a luxury a lot of people have to think about twice. In a time when people are lowering their thermostat to save money, and a bag of 5lb apples is nearly 10$… Trickle up economics. Gotta love it.

The product is stagnant as hell, with a very limited ceiling. They had a shot at rebuilding, and decided to sign Helle/Scheif to massive deals.

You won’t get the business support here as other big cities, just isn’t that kind of town.
