The sad part is the guy legitimately is one of the few coaches in this league that does have a positive impact on how his teams play. But he’s a giant dick (even if it’s entraining from a distance).

He has a positive impact ... for a while. His style isn't really more sustainable than anyone else with a modicum of coaching talent, i.e. the hordes of them who suck but are still better than Alain and Michel and Mikey and Ian.
