Why are offside calls and goaltender interference so sacred, that they can be reviewed? Why not review every single goal to make sure there was no illegal play leading up to it? On Columbus' tying goal from the game I'm bitching about, Laine lost his stick, and another Columbus player shoved it across the ice a few feet so he could pick it up more easily. Laine got the puck a second later and made the pass to Jones, who scored. This is a violation of rule 10.3, that means the ref blew the call. Why can't we roll back the tape and check for that, too?

Yeah, it's a good point. Should all goals be reviewed?

Ideally, yes. Practically, no - at least not right now.

And then it could be taken even further - maybe the ref missed a blatant cross check that is obvious upon review and that contributed to a goal being scored illegally. Should that be called back?

I'm not sure what the answer is, but my gut says that if a goal is scored because of a missed offside, and we can easily review it, we probably should. But they've got to find a better solution.

Yeah, it's a tough decision where exactly to draw the line, and I'm glad I'm not the one making it, because no matter what you choose, it's gonna piss off a lot of fans.

If the 1975-76 Flyers had traded Parent for a goalie before the season, would they have won the SC? They had a pretty good roster as you can see above. I'm really interested to see what you guys think?

With smurfs/softies like Makar and Girard on D? Impossible.
Girard is a small smurf and plays like one but Makar is def not and does not play like one . Do not put those two in the catagory .

Do I need to wear a mask after proving I'm not susceptible? asking for a friend that would actually go into NYC.

I cant speak for every institution but our policies at work dictate everyone wears them regardless since the vaccine doesn't prevent you from carrying, and the mask is meant to protect everyone else just as much (if not more) than yourself.

The replies are on fire.

I question though if you already gotten Covid (like myself). I already have the natural antibodies...so why would I require the vaccine?
What about B/T cells that have developed memory immunity? Or are natural antibodies no longer a thing?

There's some evidence that those who have had COVID only need one shot to enhance their natural immunity.
Given the new variants (especially the Brazilian one) seem to be able to infect those who've had COVID, why take chances?
