For example, jumping off of @Loki Dog 74, people are coming around to the idea that Chytil kind of sucks, but only now because he's a Rangers draft pick.
If a free agent came here and played like Chytil for half as long as Chytil has been here, somebody on the board would have murdered him.

It definitely was not a horrible win, it was just ugly. 1st was phenomenal. And then while they got outshot badly they still only gave up 14 shots in 2 periods.
I like hearing that the players were focused on limiting mistakes. Playing run and gun with NJ didn't work out so well last time. And cutting down on unforced errors is critical for the POs.

But in general, am I wrong? Rangers products get ten times the leeway.
Again, I like him as a prospect but going with quality, proven NHL players in Nemeth and Braun is a no-brainer for me.
Give Nemeth a chance with established NHL partners. He hasn't had that at all.
He's had two rookies, Tinordi, and Hajek. He's being evaluated completely unfairly.

Chytil is a significantly better player. There is a at least some hope that he could have better production. You could see him as a possible 30-40 point type guy. There is no such hope for Gauthier on planet earth.

I'm getting off this merry go round. My point was charts don't show everything that is important to a game. I never said anything about other games. I also think Schneider is going to be a very good player. He's 20yo FFS.
