As a Bears fan, always loved watching Spielman play.

National Championship or bust. They have a hockey team, this season, equal to Alabama in football. There is zero reason they should not win a Natty. Anything less is a massive choke job with who they have on the team.
Took me a minute.
Lions? Nope. College Football? Nope. Hockey? Yup. Michigan Hockey? Yup. Oof. 2-5. Ranking will take a hit I assume?
I dunno man, I'm never ready to hand a title to any team. I've seen some stacked teams go down in the playoffs to teams that hit a hot streak.
Even with Power, that defense can be had. Goaltending could be a achilles heel for them too.
It is time to give McCarthy entire series running the offense. McNamara’s downfield passing looks even worse after a bye week, if he plays like this against MSU, PSU, and Ohio Michigan will not win those games.
I was talking about this with some guys in my fantasy league. Cade McNamara is the U of M brand Jared Goff.
19 completions on 26 attempts for 121 yards? What’s even the point?
That is such a good comparison it’s scary, they are both check down artists with no touch downfield. Now the big difference is the Wolverines have something to play for, and they have a more than capable “backup”. Hopefully McNamara has a short leash against this loaded backend schedule.
After last night, UM is #1 in the pairwise and #2 in the KRACH. USA Today and USCHO polls are pretty worthless as they have zero bearing on playoff positioning.
I just wouldn't give any credence to being #1 in October...it may mean something at the end of the season, but I've seen many #1's flame out...*cough* the other Huskies of St. Cloud sticks out. I 'member MTU was #1 some seasons ago too. (for like a hot minute).
And it's not like Western is a slouch. Play 60 minutes.
In October or November, a fluky weekend happens. Looking at the matchups, I'm loving some of these non-conference games, and teams are traveling to places I never would've expected. Arizona State at Colgate, Union at Northern Michigan, N. Dakota at Quinnipiac, Denver at Providence, CC at BC.
Lions were 0-6 for reason. Rams are Super Bowl contenders for a reason. Lions played amazing in the first quarter, shut down the run game and the decimated secondary held on until late in the game. Sewell clowned Donald which was amazing. Not putting up with his alpha male shtick. I am not getting on them for dropping this game. SoFi was Ford Field West on Sunday. It was a great sight. The Lions. So bad. Even when they were up 10-0 I knew they were going to lose.
This is huge. This guy is a master when it comes to pitching. Used to coach Mize.
As much as I appreciate Fetter's work for the Tigers and the changes made in the organization, we should be fair: Developing and improving pitchers has been a forte of the Tigers for several years now. But I am sure that further improvement is still possible. Drafting Jobe instead of Mayer was a bold move; every help on his way to Detroit is welcomed by me!Awesome. They were already in great shape with Fetter, this should improve the pipeline even more.
Facing Sam StangeMichigan hockey is actually on BTN tonight if anyone is looking for something to watch

Wisconsin is definitely getting some chances this periodThanks for reminding me...I forgot this game was on tonight.
It's a moral victory for Bucky to keep it scoreless after 1. They don't have the personnel to play this kind of rope-a-dope game with UM.
