Some pretty tough and/or wild finishes tonight, see Western vs Colgate. Swear I saw earlier that it was like 5-0 Colgate...and it wound up 6-5 WMU.

NMU playing tough at Mankato, Tech shut out Clarkson down in NY, Wisconsin doubling up on Michigan in A2. Sparty beat tOSU in Columbus, in spite of getting outshot almost 3-1. I know nothing about Canisius, but Ferris played them tough as well.

I really wish the GLI wasn't some neutered garbage this year and bring on league play.

Yes, Detroit draft pick Carter Gylander gave up 6 unanswered goals in the loss to Western. To be fair, Western outshot them 53-25 (but still!).

Sam Stange had 2 helpers in Bucky's improbable win. He's been one of the few bright spots on a moribund Badger team.

I lost interest in the GLI when it turned into a all Michigan affair. I liked it better when Providence, BC, NoDak, et. al were invited. But yeah, it has sunk to new lows this year.

Apparently Taylor Lewan stoked the fires during media availability this week. More pride means a harder fall... #GoGreen #GoWhite

Lewan is a Legend

I watched the clip, Lewan is a lot higher on the passing game than I am. I hope he is right, McNamara is going to need to complete some of those downfield throws today for a W, he has struggled in that department.

I think this is the game where we finally see JJ play a lot more to take the top off of the defense. We'll see but I've had a feeling Harbaugh has been waiting for this part of the schedule to throw in that wrinkle

Hope you’re right, I am a big JJ fan. They have to let him fake the run option read and throw it deep at least a couple times, he has been strictly running it the last few weeks and could really catch the defense off guard.

Tip of the cap to State, that 4th down play call was amazing. Hard to believe Michigan is down by 1 and +2 in turnover margin. Defense needs to figure out their substitutions, crying out loud. Go Blue!

McNamara has had the game of his life, Anthony is giving the folks in East Lansing a what fer.

Michigan is just slightly better and has executed better. Overall it has been a pretty good game, as a MSU fan you just wish they were sharper for the biggest game of the year.

It’s certainly not done yet. This is about the time where the Michigan defense gets a little too passive. The offense plays like they are multiple scores ahead. Things fall out of sync and meanwhile it’s actually only a 1 score game.

Well it's a 12:29 game now. Sparty with the momentum. Go Blue!
