Lol, flashing back hard to 2011 or so when Zynga of FarmVille fame had an Oregon Trail spin-off for their FrontierVille. One of the missions was an invite to a dimmer part held by the Donners.
Upon googling, less surprisingly, apparently the OG wasn't happy about Zynga opting for the Oregon Trail wordmark.

Are all lawsuits worded like this? This made me crack up, it sounds like it was written by a boxing announcer.
