and still has a point and out performing Matthews.Looks like mr “generational” is having an off night
Why would you want him if you say he’s so overrated ?He will come home. Book it

Meh. Laugh all you want this is why he won’t come close to 150. You really cannot afford to have 1 point on a nighton pace for 82 assists a year if we just take tonight into account
The bum might only get 140 now. SadMeh. Laugh all you want this is why he won’t come close to 150. You really cannot afford to have 1 point on a night

Its mostly jealous Flames fans that I have seen calling McDavid a diver. The butt hurt is real.
He has been because this thread gets made every year. Maybe not exactly at the halfway point, but he is usually pacing for 150+ part way through the season early on, this thread gets made, some posters insist he will keep up the pace and reach 150, and then he doesn’t. Every year (except the covid season). Yes it has happened several times now, and you know it.
Let’s make an over/under bet at 130 points, if you’re so confident. I don’t think he breaks 130.

I’ll stick to my guns at 130. Injuries (I hope not), fatigue, or just a slump will slow him down in all likelihood. I hope I’m wrong because I’d love to see it, but there’s a reason nobody has hit 130 in over 25 years; I’ll bet on that. You should bet for under 140 instead
He would need only 75 in 53 to get 130 and at this point, short of injuries, it's highly likely he passes 130.
Edmontons last 20 games might be the easiest in the league. They’ve also had a pretty brutal early scheduleHe has 4 games against the Ducks. That'll make up like half the points he needs to get there
Sir, this is a McDavid thread, not a Matthews thread.Looks like mr “generational” is having an off night
