GDT: May 4 • Canada vs. Czech Republic

Really lousy clearing attempt there by whoever that Czech player was. That was Bogosian-esque
 
If a player scores a hat-trick, I think they should be allowed to take one of the cars in the corner for spin around the ice.
 
I thought this was a thread for a hockey match between Canada and the Czech Republic but apparently it's one for European soccer talk.
 
So I guess the Czechs could possibly end up playing the US or Russia in the knock out.

Really balanced offense for Canada so far. Crosby has scored in every game, Giroux has 4 points in the tournament now, the Aves and Oilers have been great, etc. If Seguin can get hot this is one extremely potent forward group.
 
Ekblad is still so raw, the guy looks like he is 30 tho.
