He's three years younger than Muller, that's quite a bit of time to make up the difference. You'll find plenty of arguments for both being better than the other. The reality is that they are both world-class talents and again, that's not even the main argument.

aphyro claimed Germany has no star players. These posts are just refuting that ridiculous statement. If you want to jump in, at least know why.

I don't see any arguments in favor of Götze, but whatever... That Germany has no star players is BS.

Young Ekblad will be a great player on both ice surfaces. But it's easier game to play compared to the international game in the nhl so he'll need a couple of these before he ever plays Olympics.

It's really too bad. He could have found a home on any team in the NHL, very solid complimentary piece as an "elite third-liner".
