Shame, game deserved overtime, great effort on both sides. There definitely needs to be more responsibility with the officiating, it's unacceptable such a glorious tournament is scarred by such mistakes. Either call that earlier or don't call it at all, and to be honest that foot in the crease rule in general needs to be evaluated for international tournaments.
