Went from someone who may never even see the NHL to someone who’ll be penciled into our lineup for the foreseeable future. Crazy how quickly he made a name for himself, grabbed by the league by the balls. Nearly as many followers as Adam Fox already and his recent pics are getting more likes than any Ranger including Henrik Lundqvist

it's reminiscent of Fotiu when he first became a Ranger. We'd gone through a few years by that time of the Flyers kicking are ass on the scoreboard and on the rink and when Nick showed up things started to change almost immediately. Fotiu had limited stick skills like Rempe needs to work on but Nick like Matthew could skate and he could really hit and fight and the fans just fell in love with him and use to chant his name too even if like Matthew he was on the 4th line. The Rangers historically haven't always been a very tough team but the fans have always responded positively when they have been. For me not everything is about skill.....you do need it for sure but you also need guys who can fit into roles and take on the more unappreciated jobs. The role that Matthew will take on might seem more of a minor one but his will be appreciated by his teammates and the fans.

Seriously...Is this guy gonna be on the ice game 1 in the playoffs? if he keeps playing like this do they have the balls to play him?
At this point the thing that would take balls would be not to play him, they’d rightfully have a mob of pitchforks outside MSG. He provides what we were lacking most, not just the grit but the excitement, the pulse. If there’s one player I see scoring some clutch double OT winner in game 7 it’s him. This is some storybook shit, some 6’8 240lb mutant who was a 6th round long shot to ever even make the NHL, gets called up to play his first NHL game outdoors in front of 80K fans on the anniversary of his fathers passing and he goes on to become like a viral sensation where the crowd just erupts every the second he touches the ice. His entire life changed in a matter of weeks, crazy story. Give him the Steven McDonald award

2nd on the team in relCF and relxGF since his callup. that's kinda hilarious

also me and my brother were screaming crying and throwing up at his goal being disallowed. an absolute travesty
nuking toronto should be a possible response to this injustice.

It’s hilarious watching the d men get rid of the puck as quick as possible to avoid being crunched by this giant
the thing im most excited and interested about with remps. no one wants to get crushed by a bizarrely big and fast dude.

On one hand, I would have preferred keeping up Edstrom as the "safe pick". On the other, I understand you can't really take Rempe out. I'm still not sure he'll be playing in April, but it seems like the coaching staff is doing a great job with him.

I don't know how you keep him out of the lineup for a playoff series if he's not taking egregious penalties. Seems like he will legitimately wear a team down over the course of several games.

What was noticeable about Roslovic's speed, was that he used it to be aggressive with the puck. We may not have a single player on the team that does that. While Chytil is out anyway.

The remainder of the regular season will be a playoff tryout for a few guys including Rempe. Kid is doing some good things outside of fighting. If he keeps it up he has a legit chance to dress.

Rempe is not Tom Wilson. However, he could be a 10-12 goal guy. Good solid forechecker. $820,000 cap hit. Very interesting player.
Yup. Hes a good whos going to be a regular in the lineup for at minimum the next 6-7 years until a team probably throws him a crazy contract when he hits ufa

It's absolutely awesome when he is going in for a check or on the forecheck, the crowd starts to get louder....defensemen are really going to panic when retrieving the puck when he is on the ice when they hear the crowd start getting louder. He needs to be in the lineup in the playoffs.
