That would be an actual issue if the Marleau signing prevented the Leafs from signing JT.

Nope. Probably more coverage on umin, scsu, ushl games later on in the season.

can’t wait for toyberg to dominate in year 3/4. He frequently ends his shift in the other team’s zone.

I'm just scoreboard watching, but it looks like Knies is leading the game with 6 SOG and Koster is up there as well with 4 shots on net. 5 minutes to go in the 2nd period still.

Being able to consistently find value in the mid rounds has definitely lessened the blow of trading so many 1st round picks the last couple years. That being said...we shouldn't be trading our first pick this year lol. But Knies has the tool box of a 1st round caliber prospect that only fell due to reasons outside his control. Awesome stuff.

I would imagine the plan is for him to stay in school for this year and next year at the very least. 3rd year is not out of the question.

I believe he is WJHC eligible for this year and next, right?

Looks to be a late birthday. Turns 19 this month so this is his last year eligible.
