What did he have done? Shoulder surgery wasn't it?Nope. He's entering Ian Scott levels of "not sure he'll ever play again".

We may finally be getting to the point where we might be able to. Or at least use entry level contracts in the bottom of the line up. Every dollar counts.Need to retool via the draft
Sorry, thought this was the prospect thread, not the sky is falling threadThat doesn't matter when the top of the lineup doesn't show up

Caught the third period of that Flint game most recent.. very noticeable.. good motor likes to battle and has skillDon't forget one of the most forgotten Leafs prospects: Braeden Kressler.
4GP, 6G, 9PTS, 62% on faceoffs.
My initial thoughts on this is wow! But is there anyone on here that can give me a better idea if this is a good fit for him or not?
I am not overly knowledgeable when it comes to NCAA, but from what I know Michigan is always a perennial powerhouse. Since I can remember they have always managed to attract the best of the best college bound talent. The equivalent of Duke and UNC in college ball and Alabama for football. On one hand it's great that our 3rd round pick has been recruited and now committed to such a prestigious program, but on the other hand can we expect him to be playing a bit further down the lineup for the wolverines? Will he get a good opportunity there?
Not trying to be a pessimist, I just genuinely don't know a lot about College hockey and if it is a good fit for him or not
Interesting move?
Is this making a touch of room for the guys who get sent down when Liljegrin and Benn are off the IR (assuming benn isnt sent down right away)?
Marlies played an awful third but Petruzzelli was amazing.@nickbarden
Keith Petruzzelli is now 5-0 with the #Marlies this season and has a .921 save percentage.
A great start to the season for the 23-year-old netminder.
Marlies defeat Laval 7-4 tonight. Only seven of Toronto's 18 skaters went without a point tonight.
Keith Petruzzelli stopped 42 of the 46 shots he faced.

Wouldn't mind seeing Petruzzelli get a game with the Leafs in place of Kallgren to see what he's gotAHL contract guys are taking advantage of their opportunities.
Shaw is a PPG player (although he is just going to be a good AHL vet).
Hoefenmayer is almost a PPG guy, but I am not convinced he has enough defensive and skating ability to be an NHLer.
Petruzzelli looking to be the Leafs' number one goalie prospect, but needs to earn that contract first.
Will have to sign him firstWouldn't mind seeing Petruzzelli get a game with the Leafs in place of Kallgren to see what he's got
Letting in 4 goals and still having a sv% above .910 says it all@nickbarden
