Prospect Info: Marlies/Prospects Thread - 2023-23 Season Edition

He also has been dreadful since mid Jan... a collective -8, and if you remove one three point game, he's only had four points in the other 29 games. (7 points in 30 games) He had a great start for us, but hasn't been that good in 2023.

I agree he has been solid, but including playoffs he has only 7 point in 27 Leaf games.

Ya I mean Acciari was not brought in to put up points though. He's been everything and more than what we could have expected. Exact type of player we need on our roster.

I agree with not overpaying him, but I really hope we resign him. He's fit like a glove

Except for tying up a contract a guaranteed longer term deal a
at around $1.25mm might be nice for everyone.

He can play on thev3rd or 4th line
He is tough as nails which we don't have a ton off.

YUP, give him the Simmonds/Clifford treatment. 2 years @ the buriable limit.

Is there a redundancy with him and Kral? I feel like at best both guys are gonna be pretty vanilla 3rd pairing guys in the NHL if it's gonna happen for them.

Newfoundland has already played a few playoff games.

He's been hurt and then just hasn't got into any kind of groove, but he has still been fine.

Not an NHLer next year (probably would not have been anyways) but should still be a good depth guy.

Brutal Marlies game, good to see Hollowell back and Zahorna is really good. That being said, this is the least talented Marlies group I have seen in my 10 plus years as a season seat holder, I dont think they make it past Utica. I have no idea how they got into first place.

On the backs of guys who are not with the team anymore (Anderson, Gaudette, Woll, McMann).

We are playing some really bad players right now, and some of the guys just have not been very good in the second half.
