Has there been any updates on Amriov's health? Is he going to atleast be able to lead a normal life if he's forced out of playing pro hockey?
He only really post's on his Instagram storyline so I haven't been able to repost his social media on here as it's not an actual post and does not have a URL.
I am always keen to see when and where he posts, more from a human side, it's nice to see that he well enough to post. But also because I, like many on here, am obsessed with this team. He seems to be bouncing back and forth between Russia and Germany. Looks like he must give himself a "break" in between treatments.
It's also very hard to interpret his messages attached to his posts as they are all in Russian.
He is completely bald at this point and in his last post he looked to be in a gym in Germany. He looked a little skinnier than he usually does, but that might also be because he shed the lettuce. He's always smiling and looks to be in great spirits from the photos.
Pro hockey should be the least of his worries at this point, but you can tell that is his motivating factor in all of this. He posted a story of him skating and he always seems to be working out. It's actually crazy to think he is able to train in his condition, while I have to take 30 mins just to motivate myself to exercise daily lol.
It's incredibly inspirational that he is sharing that journey with the whole world on social media.
If he ever does play for the Leafs, which I'll be honest I don't know if he will, I will be buying his Leaf Jersey his first game that's for sure.
