very hopeful for grebenkin/minten, would love to see those two on a line with steeves as a first call up type line
The Marlies have not signed Lisowsky last time I checked - any news if we are keeping him around for Cincinnati or completely cutting him loose?

It shows alot of character in Cowen to pick himself up and understand that it wasn't his time.
This was a couple days ago but Marlies looked to have trimmed their roster:
What flaws....the 5"9" 160 lbs part?Injuries aside, this guy really needs to step it up and work on his flaws.
Skating and weight. Even with his shoulder injury he could have found a way to put on lower body mass. To have only put on NINE POUNDS since being drafted THREE years ago is inexcusable. What flaws....the 5"9" 160 lbs part?

Perhaps, or perhaps it just isn't going to happen.
In the military, I'd do the same training, eat the same food and put on no weight where others easily added muscle ... fricking annoying at the time, but maybe not so much 40 years later ...
Yeah, eat this, eat that, drink this drink that ... nothing. Maybe they were on "supplements"?
At least I didn't have to pay for it, but yeah in today's NHL very few play less than 180.I understand where you're coming from but that's not exactlyyyy the way it works. Definitely, some put on weight way easier with the same food. But for those who struggle to put on weight they simply have to eat more and more. Trust me.
It is a matter of just not eating enough. I went through the same thing, got myself up to 190 but felt like GARBAGE. Some people just aren't meant to be bigger.Perhaps, or perhaps it just isn't going to happen.

I’m curious to see the line up. They might have a good team this year.Marlies season opener today at 4pm. Lotsa fun stuff to watch for.
How quick can Grebs adjust? I bet he’ll show some personality and be a fan fave in no time.
Will Quillan start putting up some points?
Is Tverberg healthy and ready to get back on track?
Will Kressler translate?
Will Steeves stack the score sheet enough to ever get a chance?
Will RoniH get back to being greasy and productive?
Is Akhtyamov gonna transition quickly?
Who among the interesting D corps will emerge?
It’s a deep team, looking forward to it.
