I say they do it.IMO the Jays are going to have to go 59-45 the rest of the way. And that’s just to get to 90 wins. And maybe find someone to platoon or at least take time away from Varsho.

It's not good but I was expecting worse.
Any interest?

That was my first thought too.Yes. He has 3 options left. Can he put 6th starter in AAA.
Zach Plesac for Mitch White please.
Isn't he a total head case? Imagine that's why the Indians were quick to wash their hands of him.
At least White has a bit of an "unknown quantity" allure to him. That was my first thought too.
The Moreno trade is starting to look really poor. Paid the highest premium for a guy who is basically all defense only.
I haven’t really brought it up that much.Picked a weird time to bring it up for the bazillionth time after he just had a good series offensively.

Atkins really needs to connect on some of his moves. He’s been too content with being a mid team, and then when he finally makes a risky move it’s seemingly the wrong one.
I mean Gurriel was part of the premium paid. Atkins threw assets at the Diamondbacks for arguably their most expendable outfielder. But it’s been beaten to death to start the year. We get it trade looks bad yada yada yada, but the argument seems to always come down to Gurriel because of his hot start. Hard to evaluate the one for one for Moreno when he’s performing basically at the same level as Varsho.
