75% of what was said was hilarious and probably ok.

25% was over-the-top and stuff I have never seen from our posters. I deleted it to save people from themselves.

I get it, people are frustrated and looking for a target, if I have to be it then that's cool because I have pretty thick skin and I'm ugly, but I'm not going to explain myself publicly again.
 
I think McDavid will look great in one of our jerseys! Of course Suter will make him a checking 4rth liner. OK, that is as much whining as I have in me. Chin up and on to the next game. I have faith in the team AND I have faith in the people who put together our recent 3 years of success. Things will be as they should as soon as they possibly can be.

I hate to bring up the past when having sports discussions, even as recent as last year, it means nothing to the current. As a lifelong Kings fan who grew up in OC and has lived in places that have recently won Cups in Michigan, Chicago, NY and Pittsburgh I hated when people would use the "Well what has your team ever won" discussion or "how many cups you got bro" so I refuse to use it when having an argument involving the Kings unless someone comes in and acts like an idiot like he did, then you can use it.

But ya NorCal fans in general are just awful. Between NorCal fans and their obsession with defending the legacy of Bonds or Penn St. fans doing the same with Paterno, embarrassing, not sure what is worse.
 
We're just gonna have to hope the allstar break is a turning point. But they've come out of some breaks in the schedule before and looked no better so who knows. It can't continue the way it's been going if they plan on making the playoffs, that's for sure.
 
I don't think the Kings even played bad, the simply can't fire on all cylinders at once, for 60 minutes.

It's either the Defense has lapses, or they can't score, or the PK/PP lets them down.

The Kings fix one aspect of their game, then the other falls apart. Just can't get all aspects going.

If Williams won't re-sign, Dean needs to move him before the deadline and get a good return. With where they sit today, there's absolutely no reason to let an asset like Williams go to waste.

That we've seen the team go through a similar slump to this in the past 3 seasons and ended up winning 10 playoff series (42 playoff victories if I counted correctly) in those 3 seasons.
 
Speaking of depression, are there any highly touted prospects outside of the first two picks this year? All you hear about are Eichal and McDavid. Anyone else somewhere in the middle of the pack for the Kings?

That's my point. Continually bringing up Cups makes you look like a dick imo. Especially with how this season has gone.

Williams & Brown will be there. Stoll won't.
 
Every King should sleep in a hyperbaric chamber for the next week. Go to a mountain top and do nothing but meditation and yoga. Turn back the body to that of 3 years previous. Refresh.

Correct, the Kings were 3rd in the Pacific with 64 points in 50 games and a 5-point lead over Vancouver who was in a wild card position at this very point last season.

At this point of the season in 2012, the Kings had 56 points in 48 games, good for 7th in the Conference with a 5-point lead from the 9th place Wild and a 4-point lead over the 8th place Avalanche.

Now the Kings have 52 points in 47 games with a point behind the Flames for the final Wild Card spot, and also 4 points behind San Jose for the 2nd spot in the Division, 3 behind Vancouver for 3rd.

They really need to snap out of it after the break and get a winning streak going. Only two wins in their last 10 games and they've only strung together one meaningful winning streak and that was in October.

Exactly.

And we've also said "it's a different team" now three seasons in a row.

We have to play some scary good hockey to make the playoffs but if we do you'll know that it was earned and we're ready rather than cruising in apathetically.

Understood.

Just let the 75% stand. I'm not sure what the other 25% is that you speak of, I didn't see something that was particularly offensive, but I respect the judgment in removing that 25%; that's all I'm saying.

And just for the record: you ought to try to be an administrator at my basketball site. They let far too much **** there go and I've been attacked mercilessly because of such policies. No one has a thicker skin than I do.
 
Clifford seems to be playing with a bit of spark now, sutter or his missus have given him back his testicles. I didn't like seeing lewis cop a few jabs from the caveman near the end or the sobber flattening gaborik with 30 seconds left. That sort of rubbish should have been addressed.
