What is latest on Montgomery? Seems weird he has left USHL but no presser about CHL and Knights. Is he already on 50 protected list? I know they drafted him or is he a free agent?
My guess, the league is putting up a wall, they'll likely find something and say the Knights did not follow the rules again

……. I know it’s not “official”, there are three credible sources.

Montgomery himself has left the team and thanked the team and fans.

Jeff Marek posted about it, he would have checked his sources. Not one to post rumours.

Then Hockeynews writes an article, notice that they focused on the projected roster and the skills Montgomery is bringing.

Very little to speculate about.

If you want pure speculation (more educated guess)….. Halttunen must be on his way back ver very soon. Like very soon.

With this being said he won’t be in the lineup for this evening
Sure does not look like he is, isn't it

Tonight’s game will be tough. SSM is a tough team and will have a lot to prove tonight. London cannot be out worked!

Listening to to Stubbs today, he said lots of rumours and players are moving from the USHL to the OHL but they can’t “confirm” anything.

It’s like the kid didn’t have a valid passport or something?

I’m sure it will be sorted soon.

I wonder if there are any other Knight prospects in the U?

I’m seeing Drabicki is playing there 1 point in 9 games. Probably wouldn’t get ice time here.

It has been a few years since London last played the Greyhounds, that is not on the third game of a 3 in 3 weekend. Again, Soo this year plays a similar to London's game, who's going to fold first tonight

In Sault Ste-Marie, that is,

O'Reilly playing with Van Gorp and Nicholl, they played a lot together last year, but it is first for them this year, that'll be interesting, most of the time it has been Sim. Dale does like experimenting with his lines, so we'll get to see Sim on Barkey/Cowan line, really looking forward to this game tonight

Yeah lol. I was thinking the same thing maybe they want to disallow a couple of goals like last year in the Soo. Uou can’t even see the blue line
Maybe lol

Does Fagan know he's a D man? Seems he always get stuck in the offensive zone and a forward has to cover for him.

Not a very good display of hockey from the Greypuppies. Lacklustre effort. Look like they don't even want to be there.

A fast London team tonight beat Soo Greyhounds by a score of 5-1, Soo folded

From top to bottom, this team was flying tonight, cutting any time and space when ever Soo could find it. What ever they ate before the game, bring some back to London

Like London when the Knights are having problems against a fast team they take undisciplined penalties, tonight it was the Soo to go indiscipline against the speed
