If it happens it means Lindy broke the drought, Adams is still here because the team is succeeding, Lindy moved up to the office and the coach who turned around an AHL franchise as HC got NHL bench experience and they’re carrying on the success that kept everyone’s jobs.

The whole grooming thing is weird. When Lindy calls it quits I would want them to do a proper search and get the best option out there.. not just promote from within. Don't think it's weird at all.

Peters and Rivet love to quip that Ralph was on to something as if Skinner wasn’t excellent on a dominant top line in 22-23. Ralph 4th lining him in his prime…is not the same as benching him when he’s in his 30s and has no juice.
