Chris Kreider is who he is.

He's second all-time in goals in elimination games. Nobody in Rangers history has more goals in the playoffs or game winning goals in the playoffs. He'll go down as the second most prolific goal-scorer in Ranger history.

If you're still expecting more after ten seasons, it's on you.
That's more of an indictment on the success of the organization if you ask me.

Pulling out these games is something we need to learn. This will be a good experience for us.

We won 6 and 7 against Pitt in the last minute and OT, respectively, but nothing since.

Our wins against Carolina and Tampa ranged from wire-to-wire close wins to dick-kickings.

In games tied late, we have a losing record.

What the f*** am I collecting on? I have believed in this team all year. Oh wait because I am criticizing Kreider’s uninspired and mediocre play? That means what? Again gtfo.
And that makes you better than everyone else who is bitching?

Zzzzzzz

You aren’t any better than anyone else, kindly STFU about what other people are allowed to post about.

I wonder if Hunt has a chance of playing in Rooney's place on Saturday.

I think Strome, instead of slowing things down, panics and does the opposite in those open net situations. If he had just slowed it down, he could've reached back and whip the puck in. Where he parked was fine, the Copp pass was a good pass, just a little behind Strome, but again, he doesn't know how to slow a play down. Some people have it, ice-cold veins, but some don't.
Yeah, this is an accurate assessment I believe. He panics and rushes it. The pass was slightly behind but as far as passes that close to the net go, that puck should be in the back of the net. He had time to corral it and shoot too, it didn’t even need to be an immediate tap in, Vasy was late and he had enough time to slide his stick back and corral it and bury it.

Rough game and series, but I never expected them to get this far, so not totally disappointed. 2015 still stings way more.

Good learning experience for the youngsters.

More than enough of us down here. Flash your colors and you'll have someone to commiserate with.

As someone who splits time between both places Lightning fans in Florida are actually going to be far more tolerable than Islanders fans in New York after we lose even with the Islanders having absolutely nothing to do with anything at this point.

At least he brought us there. Your move.
I didn't know Igor's career was over after this season. That's really the best argument? Vezina favorite, Hart trophy finalist, and currently not even eliminated in the ECF in his 3rd season. Lundqvist sure never had any ECF losses on his resume, eh?

They're a veteran group. They don't panic. They don't flub the puck, they just collect the puck and move it out of their zone.
And they don’t have that doubt that you know was creeping in to Carolina’s mind. And their goalie is good enough to prop them up which Pittsburgh didn’t have. We needed the split in Tampa. Up 2-0 in game three, losing that game was clearly the turning point. We had our boots on their throat and we eased up a little bit and let them up off the map. It sucks because it’s one thing to be completely outclassed and lose a series but a series like this was right there for the taking and we blew it just as much with our own mistakes as Tampa bouncing back and playing well. This really hurts because it was right there.

Disclaimer: I like Gallant. I think he's a fine coach. I don't want to fire him in outrage or anything like that.

But like 99% of NHL coaches are the same lol. You can usually end up gauging how a fanbase feels about their coach by looking at their goalie's save % haha.
A real question?! I am floored!
