3 stars of the playoffs is a good call. I gotta say Z and Igor are 1 and 2 interchangeably.

For the 3rd, I'll throw a curveball and not pick Kreider or Fox and give it to Laf. He played with serious balls all playoffs and showed he can show up when the games matter most.

Too bad overall. This was a fun team. Hopefully the offseason goes well.

Rangers need to get better at Center, which will in turn make them a better 5 on 5 team. The answer is not strome. Not sure its Copp either.

Early on when he got here I was enthused. And while he produced respectable numbers in the playoffs he really dried up down the stretch. Not all his fault, but… I don’t know that that makes him the 2C we need to invest in.

Big, Physical, booming shot. I will admit I was for acquiring him at the time, but honestly didn't realize he was so immobile and struggled under pressure. It's hard to watch him play defense when the other team is on the rush, he just gives up so much damn room and has a hard time pivoting if he is beat.

I'll be up front, I don't watch the Jets, and barely have time to watch any other teams, so I knew little about him before he was acquired, but after the first couple of months I was like wth were these guys watching. Like you said, the first three traits stand out, but the shot rarely hits the net and the rest of his game is mediocre.

Hope this kid Jones gets some run, I thought he looked pretty good when he had some run here, but it feels like he's the odd man out.

Copp was exactly what this team needed until that Islanders piece of shit took out his legs after his hat trick. he was nearly useless after that.

Pitt literally had a third string goalie in who wasn't even in the NHL this year and was out of the league in years prior. He single handedly blew games for them. You can be delusional all you want and act like we "proved" we can beat them, sure, we did. But if we get the same matchups next year, they're very likely to have actual goalies in there for the entire series.

While I have been doom and gloom and think there’s no guarantee we get here anytime soon, Pit was really only able to generate chances when Malkin/Crosby/Guentzel were on the ice. We’ll see where Malkin goes, but if he doesn’t stay with them the Pens are nowhere near as dangerous.

And it’s not particularly close. Those 3 stepped up. No one else did. The kids were good, not great like these guys were. Igor had some rough patches, worse so than the other 2.
