I know people are saying they love Domi there, but I do not like his game. Brutal in his own zone lately and not generating enough for his linemates. I mean, Bert and Willy were invisible through 2 periods and only stood out without him it felt.

I like Domi. Overall, JT is considerably better, despite his slowness. In a critical moment, I do NOT want Domi on the ice.

Dude we have shots deflecting off the defenders shin pads and they take an assist from Matthews and say unassisted cause possession changed. Everyone and I mean everyone is shafting the Leafs in some way.

McMann UFA, Benoit RFA. Different situations, but we are going to need guys on low cost contracts next season... if this is what they truly are, we need them.

McMann channeled his inner Hyman effort on that empty netter. Love his tenacity lately. The offensive breakout has really rejuvenated his legs and confidence out there.

Like him in the top 6 .. might suit Tavares and Nylander well since he could that line more speed compared to Bert and improve forechecking

Ran these numbers yesterday and they seem to make sense. Don't understand why we would want to break up a dominant top 9 combination this season.

I think Domi was given the 2nd line center for payback for having a couple of strong games lately but he's not top 6 material on this team IMO. Would be surprised if he isnt back to the third line next game and Tavares back in as one of the more effective 2nd lines in hockey this year.

Yeah credit where it's due, I thought it was weird not having Sammy play any AHL games but Brad basically did a 'mental reset' for him which seems to have worked wonders.
